There's a multitude of sites for Vacation Rentals, however; I haven't found one where you can list properties for sale.

I work so hard just so I won't have to work at all one day.I want to go on random vacations because I caught a good flash-sale on JetSetter.

My family and I are looking at purchasing a home in the mountains to live in full time for a year or so then use as a vacation rental.  

Hey EveryoneI got back from a 6 week vacation and I am pretty much done with my rehab in Spokane WA and looking to sell the property before I have owned it for one year. the lawyer is needed to find out what would be the penalties or legal issues to selling the property since I don't have any contractor license and i am out of country.

To get an idea search as if you wanted to go on vacation to the same spot on websites like VRBO and Homeaway as well.

Note: we rented similar room on same property, studio only for $2700 for 1 weekAmazing Location in Prime Vacation/Tourist area.Would love input!
