needing a lawyer advice in a sell

Hey Everyone

I got back from a 6 week vacation and I am pretty much done with my rehab in Spokane WA and looking to sell the property before I have owned it for one year. the lawyer is needed to find out what would be the penalties or legal issues to selling the property since I don't have any contractor license and i am out of country. So if anyone knows a reasonable Lawyer and advice it would be much appreciated.

I will update my other post with some before and after pictures and lessons learned from this rehab. I probably won't make money on this rehab but good god was it a good learning lesson.
