Just like any other advertisement, the Scotsman’s Guide is nothing more than a paid listing, an avenue for lenders to promote themselves.Several of our clients this year mentioned that they were previously taken advantage of by a “fee collector” lender, or a bogus lender with no intention of making a loan, just to collect a fee.

Moved to marketing forum.You could post in the "Promote Your Real Estate Buyer's LIst forum" or advertise specific properties in the "Make Deals, Find Partners, Mentors, etc." forum.Lots of ideas in the Wholesaling forum about building buyers lists.And there's always just putting the property on the MLS.

He disagreed completely citing a story of some tenants that used an iron to burn marks in his carpets in every room and poured cement down his drainsas well as took a hammer to all the tile in the bathroomsok horror tenants aside/my argument to putting niceties in the rental is to keep the rental rented,with the housing market the way it is there are a lot of rentals to chooose from what makes yours special I am not saying buy marble counter tops but maybe corian perhaps go to ikea and get a floating vanity instead of a pre purchased tub surround tile with 12x12 make your bathrooms look like a 4 star hotel or at least a three star.why?

About the handyman falling, lets say he claimed it was due to an unlit stairwell and that the bulb burned out that same day so I had no way of knowing bulb went out.
