Of course there are nuances like everything regulated by the IRS but like I said it's basically not that hard to stay in compliance.

Of course, in the case of a short term hard money loan, I will still need a lender that I'll be able to refinance with.

Hello everyone I'm 21 years old and decided to purchased an online course to become a real estate agent.This is my first post here and wanted to ask anyone what advice do y'all have for me, in becoming an agent or just any real estate advice in general, your tips and advice will go a long way and will be highly appreciated.Also I wanted to point out that my main goal is to invest into real estate being into rental properties, multi family and maybe fix and flip.

We also don't *need* the equity toward the new place, although of course it wouldn't hurt.

Is there the occasional premature part failure, of course, but even Mercedes has recalls from time to time, no manufacturer does the QC on electrical components they use.

The hope would be that I would repeat this many times of course with multiple investors and eventually use property management when it becomes too much to handle effectively.
