I have ordered a bunch of custom printed folders from vistaprint with our name on, coffeemugs, pens and some logo outwear.

In many areas prices didn't run up so much yet , just a 20%, 25%  from 2008 and the Govermment printed lots of dollar bills , just for inflation, elections, more jobs, economic recovery ,etc we are just trying to share identifying signs of this happening in some areas 

BTW, it said it needs one more order to print!  

Could I sign the contract, scan it, email it to him, ask him to print, sign, scan it and email it back?

Does it need to be in print for it to have been used?

Andy,I think it might be time you set a date for a meeting with them, and have some photo's ready to show of the damage of the storm door, and yard, print them off and give them a copy.

Or there may be a local printing company who may be able to work with you.
