I like a local return address, or at least in the same state,  I don't like PO boxes, but an actual street address.

Our market is very micro and can vary greatly street by street.

Well, they marketed well enough to get their signs ripped down, for whatever that's worth.I could also stand naked in the street with a phone number written across my *** in body paint - just because it gets attention doesn't mean it's good (or legal) marketing.

I found out about a murder 2 months earlier on the street.

It took some convincing since each time I cut the guy's chain at the top of the street he came out threatening me and thus I had to call the police back.

It gives you outlines of each house plus street names.Then in Excel or Powerpoint, I am able to paste and crop that screen capture (taken by hitting the PrtScn button and then pasting).

Which is kind of ridiculous because it's a single family house with a 100 foot long driveway, so plenty of off street parking.
