Evolving activities are ones you do to gain new knowledge, evolve yourself physically/mentally/spiritually, or further your position financially.

I had excepted them conditionally based on them paying online via cozy to rent the property and they are now saying that it’s not in the physical lease and they don’t “trust“ online payments.

We see houses just like any other physical possession and rarely get attached.  

To your excellent points in your posts, I think that the fact of the matter is that almost nobody has actually gone through the exercise of actually thinking about what THEY WANT out of life in general, and then forming a plan of action around those desires to get there! 

So do I let him physically move out but continue to maintain utilities and premesis, or do I treat this as vacating and early termination of the lease?
