If I were to sell I would most likely break even or lose a few grand.

Paul and Summit Hill, Grand Hill, Merriam Park, Mac Groveland, Highland commands more rent/square foot than places like near north, Frogtown, east side, est.Good luck

Greeting everyone,Does anyone know of  a title company and or real estate attorney that works with investors in the Grand Rapids, Muskegon Michigan area?

I literally spend maybe, grand total, of an hour or less a year on my properties and they all cash flow great.

I just had a friend pay $ 1200 to get the line snaked ,  then they said they needed a new sewer line for 7 grand ..............  

She is in 40's and has a grand kid.  

Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff and many other towns are cooler and greener.Plus we've got a real big hole in the ground called the Grand Canyon.Most people don't know that Arizona has Alpine Skiing.

They offered me $10 grand initially when I sent them a letter saying I'd send the details of their scam to every news media outlet I could find. 

Exactly your talking about a lender who is in business to lend I am aware there are all sorts of loan products.. but the OP is talking about a private lender.. not a company.. my point is private lenders don't let others broker their money one they don't have enough.. most private lenders will have a few hundred grand to maybe a million to put out.. how far does that go in your world.. answer not very far LOL

I still like Indianapolis and Kansas City for cash flow but for new, secondary markets, I'm going to go against the tide on this and say Grand Rapids, MI.
