It's my investment, so I'm going to protect it by putting my own eyes on it a few times per year. 

I'll still keep an eye out around here but it seems like there might be better opportunities elsewhere.

It may not be a big deal to some but, when neighbors begin to comment or come to you about eye sore..that could be annoying. 

When you have an idea of the bulls eye you are aiming for it's much easier to hit.

Most likely had no reserves.Someone will start back promoting how they can get rich with no money of their own and a new group of doe eyed followers will replace the failed group that preceded them. 

In Kiyosaki's eyes, a rich person can be very "poor" by never escaping the 9-5 grind.I quoted the book because it is mentioned within BiggerPockets podcasts as an all-time favorite and a big reason why many successful investors have found an escape into real estate.

Just have to keep an eye from a distance and make sure all is going well.

When ppl say there is a “high demand but a low supply there... ” I’m curious as to where to find the frameworks for that information.Do you just keep an eye on prices in that area?

Wear ear and eye protection.If all else fails, consider a floating floor such as Allure vinyl instead of tile. 

Now, you can try to strike that language (or use an addendum, to make it assignable) but any Realtor or agent - myself included - is going to look at that cross-eyed because that's pretty much stating you are not the ultimate end buyer.
