I think I need to get educated more on these loans and the process.

I feel like a lot of markets are like this right now but maybe to speed up the process assistance is needed.

I’ve also been asking my property manager to increase the rents here at least something to keep up with inflation and property taxes, insurance that has tripled in past couple years but apparently it’s a big deal and a process. 

Please know It holds significant weight in my future decision-making process.

From what I've read it can be difficult to purchase directly under an LLC so most people transfer but I'm not really understanding how it works in regards to accounting.I want to keep my personal accounts and business seperate but I'm struggling to understand the process in this scenario.

Especially when you have a great team of people assisting you in the process.

Most landlords will give you options to leave/pay prior to this process.
