First issue is the very next day, the previous tenants call by complaining about how they were treated, particularly that they did not get their deposits back and the landlord was snooping through their stuff while they were at work.Second issue is the landlord controls the AC and heat and despite numerous requests, refuses to turn on/up the heat when it gets cold.

Yet I have read numerous posts from landlords who do not provide refrigerators and other appliances.

I have not only seen numerous negative information on this scum, i have attended his low ball meeting that he holds at a either Jack In the Box or Motel 6 or Super 8 hotel conf room and leads NOWHERE.

I've found good ROI and properties that meet the 2% rule (search that here on BP and you'll find numerous threads on what that is, if you don't know already) but they are in risky neighborhoods.

I have heard and read that lawyers like the LLC because it generates easy cash for them to set it up, but any of their brother lawyers can easily “pierce” the LLC because the reality is that the LLC IS the landlord since we manage it.Despite my numerous requests, nobody has proved this claim.

Turns out Jr has had numerous run ins with the law, and was "on their radar."
