Hello guys,I just came into the city for the night and turns out I got cancelled on.

However since we only have text messages with her agreement to move out and not an actual signed contract we didn't touch anything for the first week and let her know through text (with no response) she could meet us anytime day or night for 30 days to get the stuff they left behind.
