New to all of this!!!

Hello. My name is Ben. I'm totally new to the real estate field.  I need to get out of my current job at the USPS.  Too much stress and I want to work for myself to provide a chance to build a business me and my future wife can build together.  I want to invest in Cali, Vegas, and the suburbs of STL.  I have lived in all 3 and know how each community works.  I am looking for a mentor and possible business partners.  I work during the day but can meet up certain nights to meet and learn the business.
