What will it cost to buy a property vs. what will it cost to rent?

Maryland Dept of Health placed a lien on the property in 2018 for the costs of the care, totaling about $90K. 

The questions are taking a small step, but you should be going to real estate meetups at least once a month to talk to other people who are a little ahead of you.

Her income is 3x the monthly rent. 

Yes there is a small cost associated with generating the lease renewal, but charging 1 month's rent is ridiculous for a renewal. 

Some investors think I am crazy doing that and perhaps so, but I take other people's money seriously and even when the crap hits the fan (and it will if you do enough deals for a long enough period of time), paying back your lender is priority one in my book.Most of my deals for private money also include a balloon payment rather than monthly payments.

Give a discount to book in advance, as well as a weekly & monthly discount.

It takes time from when the property is sold for the title to be registered (in my case with the province-I was told it was taking up to 2 months).Nothing is automatic with transferring.
