Did you inherit tenants and if so how hard was it for you to train them to how you run your investment?    

Did the kids someone inherit half the house but none of the mortgage?

What would be the best advise you would give when “ inheriting” Tenants from 2 SFH.

Sometimes a lot of cash can "lessen the love" for a low producer.The one caveat is that if I was going to keep a low performer it would be in NYC or a few parts of CA where appreciation just keeps chugging along with periods of stagnation in between.  

Lesson learned: be weary when buying a home with inherited tenants that haven't been screened properly or at all.

Sometimes that takes awhile, especially if there are toxic tenants that you inherit.

Hello,After a aunt has passes i inherited her house in the Los Angeles area, house was given to me with current tenants. 

We closed on a property and inherited the leases (that aren't up for the next 4 months - a year).

@Alan Grobmeier, I did read that if its an inheritance we can avoid some tax implications.
