Hi, fellow STR investorsI have a question on systemizing the ordering, distributing and monitoring cleaning and kitchen supplies for STR operation and would love to hear your inputs:As my portfolio increases, I start to have issues on providing and restocking supplies for cleaners.

Design style?

For example, you purchased kitchen cabinets, but they are not installed yet when inspector will be at your property. 

We mitigated with strong covenants and building requirements with a design approval requirement. 

My dream is to do flips (I am self-employed interior designer so I have a fair amount of knowledge/experience/ideas/hook ups when it comes to the renovation world) but still not sure how to bridge the gap between where I am and where I want to go considering how insanely expensive real estate is here and also how relatively inexperienced I am with regards to the whole process (aside from interior design and some construction knowledge).

I have another property for rent right now where the comps have it listed around $5k/mo but it doesn't have a full kitchen (more like an efficiency kitchen).

One needs kitchen renovation - I have reserves to cover costs.

New roof, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, floors... you name it.

I will be adding value by remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms.
