Is there a financial/corporate innovation that allows the lender to recourse on loans but offer limited liability ONLY against tenant lawsuits?

Since I am good with computers and technology in general I decided to get a job as a software engineer so far I enjoy programming since I get excited by solving complicated puzzles in unique ways. 

On top of that where you hang your license will also usually have monthly desk, technology fees etc.

The low tech technology to increase water levels is already known and implemented in third world countries.

When you look for a property manager, I recommend getting one who encourages technology and speeds up the payment of collecting rent from the tenant to the property owner.These questions (in the post) are asking when the property owner transfers the rent.

I would apply technology to its fullest throughout the entire acquisition and management cycle.
