Looks like we are in a similar investing game but I always am looking for deals from great realtors like yourself. 

That took our planned three months refinance to the six month, but if it meant getting our 20% downpayment back, we were game.

Also, listen to folks who are in the game, not the critics in the nosebleeds.

I live in Boca Raton, but work in Ft Lauderdale and Miami so happy to meet up with anyone in the business that is looking to put skin in the game (not just a broker).

Mike,If you are a long term holder on your Real estate then you have to look at the end game. 

Simply, it was an amazing investment that taught me a lot about the investment game from the ground up!

That's obv good if own assets in that class -- but makes the game tougher if you're trying to get in and actively acquiring properties. 

You have to remember Brandon has been in the game for years and has developed systems, processes and team members to help him hit those numbers consistently.
