So, pardon my beginner’s ignorance here, but with BRRR, the last step is to refinance.

It is your job to evaluate the credibility of the posters and to choose what to absorb and what to ignore.

Explain to her you're not going to tolerate it, that you have minimal control over the issues she's pointing out and are doing your best on those issues you can do something about.But ignoring it and continuing to absorb it isn't going to help.
