Hi Cody,There are non-QM loans that can qualify you for self-employment income with high DTI.

They even sent pictures, but it was not of my property, which I found out once I switched management companies.

I don't think you run the risk of not being able to fill that vacancy because rental demand for a $1k apartment is very high with very low inventory for that rental price point.Hope that helps!
