I rent every room in my house out that my kids are not in so that brings me  1500.00 more I get 1000.00 from the trust only but grateful I get it  and I have another rental I covertly rented for 1700.00 I am actually working on two more rentable places in basement and a tiny home I got a good deal on to rent as well.that will bring my income to almost 7500 a monthI have a resource to get 140,000 k as long as long provide a house to them they can rent for the rest of their life,they are sick and we talked the terms out as he will sign the house over upon death.

Are there any property management companies that would be willing to actually go out to the tenants residence before renting to them (of course I would be willing to pay extra for this.)

After feeling as if I have done my due diligence and am financially ready to jump in and actually invest, I have been researching different opportunities and areas for investment.

I guess which public record are you staying out of? 

Actually do the thing that would add value and give it to them for free.

thanks, Allan. i have been investing for a year. i own two rentals, one section 8 ana ABNB. i have flipped before as well. all in FL. i guess i'm open to what everbody else is thinking. i think i could do/ figure out any type of stratgies. but i'm looking to hear from experienced investors how would they utilize that cash if they were me

I'm providing 125k, so based on the other numbers I guess that's whole purchase and construction.
