rent by room
Is anyone doing rent by the room in Cleveland area? I have a house very close to the Cleveland Clinic that I am thinking of doing this for extra cash flow. I am aware of the headache factor with this but I'm really just wondering if the demand is there. Another route I could go is medium term rentals. I am also interested in this but I'm curious as to who is really renting that. They've been slowing down on hiring travel RNs, maybe med students/residents? Anyone have success with either of these methods?
