Columbus is great for the oppurtinties coming.

The market is slower and less competitive so for buying is great during the holidays so listing to sell in the fall works. 

Finally- speaking broadly, condos don't usually make great investments.

Often the county website will have good information about heir tax sales and the process. 

On another occasion I had them inspect the property after purchase and they informed me that due to the condition of the roof they were raising my deductible on any roof damage to $5K instead of the $2.5K for the rest of the property until I installed a new roof.   

I just installed luxury vinyl tiles from Nucor in a future rental and they came out looking great.
