Any investors in Tulsa, Oklahoma interested in grabbing a drink one day after work?

I've been over to Perks and Perfectos, with Perfectos being my favorite spot to grab a coffee.

Unfortunately we’ve lost out on 3 multi units this year already to competing offers and i’m looking for some advice.We’d ideally like to grab a multi unit if possible, but we don’t have the most capital at our backing to compete with these places getting 10, 20 and 30 offers at a time.
