So I've been seeking a flip property here in NWA and I'm having trouble with finding a cheap property that I can actually make a profit on.

What type of property are you seeking?

Our political clan, the fabled Bored of Stupidvisors, only seek to further constrain housing supplies and demand that only 100% affordable housing gets built (hint: unless SF gov plans to pay for that, at the tune of $500k per unit minimum cost, it's wishful thinking.)And if you wish to entertain yourself with SF-logic-housing, I highly recommend this blog post and comments section.

I currently live in the Chicago area, interested in getting into REI, and seeking to find folks in the area interested in working together in a team or partnership to invest in RE here.  

Now I am ready to continue with the investment and seeking 2nd single family home or duplex.
