Personally, I’m not a fan of negative cash flow houses.

I’m not a fan of the TSP vehicle either, but since I contributed (a small amount) earlier in my career I’m taking a loan from the account to use for buying more real estate.

It’s why people book hotels, and why people book Airbnb, they know if **** hits the fan they aren’t stuck.

Its all good, until its not good, and when it hits the fan you're screwed..
