@Aaron Moayed it is possible (can’t be sure without seeing the actual fine print) that “Personal Injury” is referring to adding/extending the liability coverage non- bodily injuries.

When talking with property managers ask them about ALL the fees that they charge, including admin fees, move in fees, re-leasing fees, etc. 

Your realtor here too, is a bit at fault for releasing your inspection report without your consent. 

C - see if the seller would like to extend the loan for another 7 years.8 - If/when the seller likes this deal, you have the opportunity to do the same thing for the rest of his properties. 

You can even offer  staggered and releasable earnest money for a delayed closing.
