This is actually a pretty easy question....ethically, what do you think the right answer is?

Some non-tech people were persuing careers as butlers and butler schools were catering to their training need.Other articles discussed the ethics of how a dot-com family might deal with their non-tech neighbors when their children were best friends and had gone to summer camp together (you want to send your child to a more expensive summer camp this year, but you know your neighbors can't afford to send their child to that same camp -- what do you do?).

If you wholesale this to someone else, especially an out of state buyer I would also then question your ethics.  

It can be done and with the right attitude and work ethic you WILL be successful!

There was a time - in the not-too-distant past, as my state (TN) didn't legalize the lottery until about 2004 - that honest and ethical citizens agitated against a state-run lottery for moral & ethical reasons. 

There are multiple factors that all play a role and there will never be a quick and easy solution.....Rising cost of housing and overall cost of livingStagnant wages...... lag FAR behind increase in cost of livingPoor education systemPoor family system..... if you get raised by a deadbeat loser, you will probably be one too...Poor healthcare system...... cost and availability of careMental illnessDrug and alcohol addictionLoss of lower level blue collar jobs..... those jobs are disappearingGeneral loss of a hard work ethic in our societyALL of these play a role....Attributing it to just being" lazy" is absurd....... just like when morons tell people with clinical depression to just "shake it off and put on a smile"...... might as well tell the guy with cancer to "rub some dirt on it" and get back out there.So personal citizens and LL should be held responsible to fix it....... and the government should fix it..... but we don't want big government....we don't want higher taxes.....we don't want the government telling us what to do.....we want our freedom....... so make up your mind

Understand the local work ethic, feelings about outsiders (Californians in particular), types of renters, how people conduct business, how people communicate, etc.I will refrain from mentioning specifics and personal feelings on here, but feel free to message me if you want to know more.
