I know from mentoring new associates as an attorney just how time consuming a mentoring relationship can be, and while I think they are wonderful, if I know I don't have the time to engage in one I won't even begin one.

Coming to the Wholesaling forum to crack jokes, parody, lampoon and stereotype potential wholesalers and openly insult those who engage in it is, in my opinion, not the best choice.Maybe the pro forum would be a better place for that.

Sign contracts each and every time you engage a vendor/independent contractor, make sure you have appropriate levels of insurance, and make sure any vendors/independent contractors you engage is properly insured and list you as additional insured.
