In other words, the methodology not only permits a Sponsor to overestimate comps and therefore returns, it almost encourages him/her to do so.

But, because they can watch and ask their own questions, I know that that they're learning what's appropriate for them at their current age/stage.My recommendation is to just expose them to as much of what you do as possible, and encourage them to ask questions.
