OR is this type if marketing better for creating a long term email list?

I signed up for your "daily deal" email yesterday and was wondering if these are typically turn key opportunities or if you guys also deal with properties that are good candidates for the BRRRR strategy?

They come , they go, I get the invoice via email.

I ask because I’ve read they are easier to financing for and since my business is only in its 2nd full year, I’m having a hard to getting approved for a conventional loan, even though my credit and past 3 month bank statements are more then enough for small loan I’m trying to get.

Oh, and we just got an email last night with them asking about replacing plugs in the bathrooms and kitchen with GFCI plugs, again, not opposed, but do we want a tenant messing with the electrical? 

Once the new tenant takes over, you are released from all liability.Go by what is in the lease, not what the Landlord says or writes in an email.
