I’m hoping to have a seamless streaming TV experience and avoid having to give guests passwords or help them troubleshoot if they accidentally sign out of the streaming TV account.The issue you mentioned of guests forgetting  to log out of their own accounts shouldn’t be a problem (for you) because most services allow people to remotely log out. 

Never had to do that either.The Reports that are available are good.Most important to me though is that I can download the Rent Payments so I can use it with my own custom built CRM so I can keep track of all the Tenants and their rent payment history very easily.The Tenant's Autopay is great as well!

Gabriel,I would recommend going on to either Loopnet, or a big name brokerage website (CBRE, NAI, etc.) and downloading OM's comparable to your property in mind.
