Starting to have some discussions with turnkey providers and trying to soak up all I can here on the boards.One thing I'm wondering about is whether it's possible to access a lot of data pertinent to de-risking investment decisions.For example, one of the big question marks it seems is how good and headache-free your property management company is.

And if so, does there need to be a discussion with the broker since they would want a slice of the pie?

I even spent about an hour on the phone with @Joel Owens discussing other asset classes, such as strip malls.

Hello All         I am in a discussion with a property owner to buy a property. the Property owner wants to do a partnership now.

Hardship and grandfather provisions are typically included in a rental restriction, so monitor the discussion and proposed language, should your board contemplate the restriction.
