Darrick P. as many suggest get a party involved that knows what they are doing which can be a licensed originator and/or attorney.In the interim to give you a better example of a better instrument you can always review what the big boys use (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) here is a link, you would review the Multistate Note.http://www.freddiemac.com/uniform/doc/3200-MultistateFRNote.doc

Do not assume that all lenders will give you the same answer, although you can ask if a restriction or guideline they have is from Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac (those answers will likely be the same across lenders).Good luck!

Conventional loans are the loans with the lower rates, better terms, etc. but they are governed by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac (if you recognize those names).

@Frinee WarrenTypically if the sill is below a specific height you need to use tempered glass and limit the window to opening to no more than 4”I believe it’s 24” but could be wrong on thatWe have a window in our son’s room that is too low so it has tempered glass and limiter device

While hardcopy isn't going away anytime soon and has some advantages (no batteries, cheap, loanable, free at the library, doesn't cost a mint if you get it wet or lose it, etc), The Kindle and the iPad and the e-books available on such devices will continue to gain ground I think.Having the ability to download any book you want in seconds over the cell network, as well as carry your entire library with you at all times, plus search it and bookmark it, have it read to you when driving, and be able to take notes and look up words in the dictionary, etc....that's pretty neat too, and it keeps getting better.I'll look forward to the ebook, Rich!

The only real problem I have is the 2.7 version keeps popping up when I turn my mac on when I've downloaded and replaced it with the 2.8 version.
