We followed up the next day with VIDA Customer Service and they confirmed that the contract was cancelled and we owed them nothing.

I buy windows in such high volume that my pricing is less than half what the average person buys windows for even with a contractor discount and my windows are custom built to size. 

If you buy the custom colors, make sure you get the color matched caulking and primer and prime all the cuts.

They have excellent customer service with very reasonable price.
