Truth be told, I think the 2008+ melt down has worked a sea change in the psyche of this country regarding home ownership no longer being the Holy Grail.  

Our country does not prosper from handouts, it succeeds by working hard and achieving goals.

I think that summer demand with people from Phx. coming up to the high country to get out of the heat would drive an airbnb model better for you than a year round rental.Feel free to PM me if you have more questions.Joel

There are many parts of the country where the numbers don't work for Turnkey, and I usually think that comes from high cost of land/space.

I have made the choice to live in a low cost home in a part of the country where the cost of living is very cheap, but that’s not for everyone.I try to save another 25% of my net income for real estate investing, I use 100% of the profit from that to fund more real estate investments.The last 25% is for trying to have a decent quality of life.  

It is a fair housing violation, discrimination based on national origin.....he might not of even meant what country are you from...but what state, or what city.

Definitely true  in coastal blue state markets but in the rest of the country there are few barriers to entry.

It gives you data about where your visitors are coming from, what country, moble or desktop. 

The seller is motivated, needs the cash and needs to move out of the country by March.
