Besides working on base there is very little job opportunity outside of fast food and entry level retail.

I have a C- class multi family home in Philadelphia  .... previous owner had trouble with tenants never paying the gas bill ... so liens were placed on home.... he said I should def. go electric (baseboard) and keep gas for cooking... but philly gets sooooo cold!

Hello Bigger Pockets Family,I have a legal question regarding evictions in cook county Illinois.

In Cook County evictions are not the fastest (3 to 4 months best case according to attorney ).
