I've had a number of conversations with Alex & his partner Jeremy, but he does not seem to remember me.... : (

Conversely, a good, successful and busy agent doesn't have time to waste.  4.  

They are two different mindsets.That said, unless you're a qualified / licensed journeyman in all the necessary skilled trades to make the conversion, I'd job it out.
