Hello all, I have a general question about inspecting a mobile home....Would it be wise to pay for an inspector to come out and check the home out if I'm just going to turn around and sell it or conduct an inspection myself to my standards?

If they had a 6 month lease and didn't ask for an extension, isn't it implied that they are leaving?
