I know I said initially I wanted to do BRRRR but it occurs to me given my particular starting point that maybe straight flipping and/or wholeselling might be a good way to build the capital I need to get the ball rolling. 

Before getting caught up in the day-to-day chaos that can occur you need to take a step back and define what will make you happy.
