My goal is growth, but ultimately I am looking for passive income for retirement.I am a fast learner and drinking from a fire hose right now via books, blogs, and podcasts, but I also realize that networking is a must.  

Even if you’ve been in the game for many years, it still takes a couple of hours to get through a blog or two, then you need to welcome someone, then you need to look up what’s going on in your area, then… well then you fall asleep because it’s midnight!

I read another members similar blog and found it very helpful.

I'll definitely check out that blog and keep trying to get as much info as I can.

I'm a newbie to real estate investing but am learning a lot by reading the blog posts on BP and listening to the Podcasts.

I found @Brandon Turner from an article he wrote on his website ( http://realestateinyourtwenties.com/blog/ ), sent him a message about having lunch and picking his brain.

I encourage anyone interested in hiring these guys to do more than just a simple reading of blog post, the more you ask around about these men the more you find out just who they are!
