Thanks for All the review; I bought this when it first came out, I actually have owned several memberships with Jerry Norton, and I feel they were all money grabs without any real benefit.

Fast forward 3 months and he has only brought me 2 applications, both of which were tenants without a stable job and horrible credit. 

However if you don't perform it will show up as a default on his credit since he is still on the mortgage.Remember just becuase someone should be motivated does not  mean they are motivated.
