@Joe Villeneuve,I have selected that property based on 2 criteria: the location and price range.I have used the rental estimator and rental property calculator on BP, using the assumption of 10% for all this entries (Repairs & maintenance, Vacancy, Capital expenditures, Management fees).I get an NOI: $13,884, CoC ROI: -37.73%Thank you
