Here's the great outlook about beachfront property:  Florida population = 15 million and growing. 

I was fortunate enough to start investing at a young age because of my parents, but I was more or less grandfathered in with a financial advisor for the last 8-10 years.

We determined to buy a home in each of these locations in a mobile home community and went to them during the best weather of the year in each.Even though I retired at age 29 and have explained that both in my book and on Bigger pockets, it did not hurt my ego to stay in something for a lot less than $850,000!

The one I spent ages 1-3 years old almost 50 years ago looks the same or better than it did then.
