Items picked up after 5pm need to be stored for 30 days.Usually there is nothing other than trash left on the curb by the time 5pm hits.

@Ben Leybovich I don't invest in multi units, so some of the above items may not apply to what I do.

They have every item in Lowe's Home Improvement inventory in a database necessary for rehabbing efficiently, along with the national labor rates, at the push of a button. 

If you want them to send you business and think of you in the future, a fun item is a one year card in the mail thanking them for there business.

From experience I think an good inspector can find things that your contractors won't and then It will give you a list of items to fix in the properties that might be hidden.

There are many reasons, but the biggest is that their income statements are loaded with non-cash expense items, depreciation usually the largest.  

They typically cost 35-45% less there and still offer delivery, some items were new in box even!
