I have always had a dream to build out a multi-disciplinary firm that operates in 3 sectors of Real Estate as follows: A design firm (or branch) which would include Architecture, Interior, and Landscape Architecture services; A development branch would include the managment and construction of land; then an investment and property management branch, which would define the acquisition, hold, and individual management of each property or land.As mentioned I have started investing and managing my own property which would be part of the investment and property management branch, and as I grow, I wish to slowly build out the other branches.
