A note fund's return is going to be affected by the notes held within portfolio, the yield that the notes were acquired to deliver and the performance of the assets.  

In addition to studying here on BP you should attend local REI meetings in your area to network with others and build relationships.

Hi Nicholas,I'm going to be acquiring private or hard money for the deal although I haven't yet reached out to investors.

In addition, the federal government at the time would even give away land for free.  

If land lording suits me, I will continue to acquire more properties and get into multi family.
