Back home in Australia, there is a new product which is being used called pressed laminate and pressed porcelain.

This stuff looks great and last through several tenants - unlike the lesser priced press board laminate that will swell up if it gets just a little wet...Yes, you should at least have a complete set of appliances at any price - especially full retail!

@Joe Zouine I recommend the books by Nolo Press about corporations and LLCs although they are more based on them from a legal structure vs taxes.What structure you use depends on what you are going to do with the property.

I did call a friend with a dolly that lives by and he's going to take it out on the back porch so the seller doesn't accidentally take out a wall......
