So I’m looking for a few properties but I’m having issues with finding official city or zip code statistics.

My recommended zip codes actually make a large rectangle. 78504, 78501, 78541, and 78539.

In recent years, about half a dozen PHAs in large urban areas have piloted zip code specific FMRs to tailor rents more specifically to neighborhoods rather than just the whole city.

I'd be curious to see this broken down by zip code.
