I bet you can find a Realtor willing to go through the property and give you an opinion of value for a flat fee  and you would pay that fee.

My bet is the people who dogged homestead were either older folk who only know the area as the "place that used to be nice during the steel mill era" and are used to the "good ole days" or others who just don't live here or ever really gave it a chance.  

Really your best bet is to convert the top two floors to residential.

Grant sounds like a smart guy, he's good at marketing I'm sure.He has no prior finance or mortgage knowledge, his 20 hour class and on the job I would bet is all he has.

Reed, another guru I think, but he lists the law suits, bankruptcies and jail time these thieves have.IMO, and yes, I may have a better insight to some areas of this, these educational information types are being examined, in time I'm betting there will be oversight as to products advancing systems, strategies or methods of conducting business.

My bet is that you just chalk up the $200 to a lesson learned.

If you target the right markets, I bet you could have some success.

Do things right and I bet you'll be very happy in 10 or 20 years.
